Our Community Guidelines

Please follow the guidelines below when engaging in any of Hungerford Hill Wines’ social media communities:

  1. Be respectful. Please do not post any content containing profanity, personal attacks, hateful language, threats of violence, obscenity, explicit material or defamatory remarks.
  2. Protect your personal information. You participate at your own risk so please be careful not to publicly share your personal information or the personal information of others.
  3. Follow the law. Discussions about illegal activity, violations of copyright, stalking and other criminal activity are not permitted.
  4. Don’t spam. Comments that are off-topic or overtly promotional take away from the purpose of community, please don’t post them. Posting the same content more than once in a discussion could also be considered spam, whether from one person or multiple people. Links are acceptable as long as they are relevant to the conversation.
  5. Value all members of the community. Treat all people equally and fairly.

We practice comment moderation and reserve the right to delete any user submitted data or block/ban any users at our sole discretion. We recognise that moderation can be subjective, so we will make every effort to keep our guidelines clear.

If you post a photo to any social media platforms and you tag the photo with #Hungerfordhill, @HungerfordHill or @Hhwines, then are you granting Hungerford Hill Wines Pty Ltd (ABN:57 099 064 285) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly display and reproduce, your photo, including without limitation, in: 

- any online media formats and through any social media channels, pages or accounts; and
- advertising and corporate promotional materials (whether in printed or electronic form), such as brochures, Hungerford Hill’s website and in emails like HungerfordHerald.

Hungerford Hill does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in photos that are tagged with #Hungerfordhill, @HungerfordHill or @Hhwines.

You are able to revoke this licence at any time by contacting Hungerford Hill in writing at and informing us that you no longer want us to use your photo.
