24 green prawns – peeled, deviened, tails on
Pour glass of Hungerford Hill Collection Hunter Valley Semillon 2008.
Pan fry gnocchi in hot oil until slightly brown.
Add prawns and cook until they change colour.
Add butter and asparagus.
Add remaining ingredients when butter has melted – toss.
